The devil and tom walker
Values that the main characters don't have in the story and that am going to talk about are the thankfulness and the trustworthiness.The thankfulness is when a person doesn't matter what the people do to help and to support you i mean he have no fellings from being thankful to them.
In this story there are three main character ,the three of them are bad people who doesn't have these values . Tom walker is a thankfulness  men that have a pretty life with a good decent job and a wife he lives  in a humble house not fancy but it a decent house it a very acceptable house but he is not comfortable with that he always fells miserable and frustrated because he wants more and more fortune so he could fell better. Also this men Tom is trustworthiness because is a person who have issues with the people in the time of making a promise or an agreement because he is a trusted men for the rest of people but he does not trust anyone only in himself he either trust his wife.
The devil,the devil in this story have a personality like tom he is exactly the same in trust issues he likes to make trades with the person offering fortune health or any thing they want in exchange of their soul but in the end he is a complete fraud because he ends cheating on you.
The wife of tom is another character in the story who have bad manners he is trustworthiness with hos own husband tom they hate each other and doesn't respect themself they are very rude in the way they trite.the wife of tom was so mad with tom because he didn't give she the life she deserves and he wants he to work harder than he does.she is very thankfulness because tom works alot to have a good life with a pretty house all in good conditions they life like a standar family but toms wife is alsays in complain with that insignificant life she thinks they have.
